Over the weekend, all parking decks are for anyone to use for free, with the exception of the CRI/Marriot hotel deck. It is $5 for the first hour, and then $2 for every additional hour with a daily maximum of $15. Your closest options to the 49th Acre will be North Deck, Union Deck and the CRI deck.

Yes! Dogs are allowed to attend the festival! We would just ask that you plan accordingly as it has the possibility to be a hot and sunny day.

No outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages.

You will receive a wristband upon check in. Your wristband will now be your ticket to re-entry. Feel free to come and go as you please! We do strongly encourage that you are there at 5:00 pm to hear what Young Life is, and then for the headliner, Stephen Day, at 6:45 pm.

The festival will include Hot Boyz food truck, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Pertinacious Coffee cart, Sipco drinks, and Joyful Creations (jewelry)!

You will have food trucks available up until 6:30. This will be right before Stephen Day, your 2025 headliner, will get on stage!

There will be public restrooms located on sight by the stage. Other restrooms can be found at the nearby Union & Duke Hall.

Charlotte Young Life is a nonprofit organization, meaning we operate on fundraising. This event combines that aspect along with the fact that we love live music and having fun! You can expect a pitch to be made within the afternoon where there will be no pressure but to learn more about us!
